I was going to start a thread about these browser games but I didn't want to upset the Rich that we have living under the bridge.

I'll have to give that a go when I get home but I play one called Astro Empires. It's just a text-based space empire building game in real time. I like the sound of the one you mentioned though, bob.

Anyone else sick of those Evony ads?

I've just signed up to outer empires. Bob, how do I get in touch in the game? It better not cost me anything like I've heard that Evony does.

Battlefield heroes looks good, although a bit of a TF2 clone. I'm totally installing that on my desktop.

might get round to signing up to outer empires eventually

yeah battlefield heroes does look like a TF2 clone a bit, but its free and therefore wins. Or at least it would if it didnt disconnect me every time

ah, mess around with your clother selection, that happened to me before. strip off and you should be able to play, if not, put them all back on again and try again,. bit of a shoddy bug
