Some southern student wanker crashed into me on the way home from the gig on Tuesday.

I now have fancy Corsa to drive around in while it's mended, and its awesome. I dont want my Micra back!

Absolutely devastated, the king blues are finally coming to newcastle and its on the same night as Dropkick Murphys. I cant actually choose so im going to wait for the king blues to announce support.

i'd go for dropkick, king blues wern't upto much when i saw em late last year. maybe its just me, im not keen on the save the world get the girl album, i prefer under the fog and they only played 1 track. imperial leisure was the best thing about the gig

I'm choosing Dropkicks over king blues, but i would still have loved to see both.

I'm in a similar pickle... They are playing in Leeds during my Easter holiday... But I'm meant be seeing my friend off in London as she's going off on her travels, so if I do both of them I won't be able to go back to the Isle of Man.... Sad times Sad

turns out the ghost pirate lechuck did it in the end!

    ha, ruined that for you!

i've finished the tales of monkey island series, puzzlewise it is pretty bad, but it's just as funny and clever as it's ever been. I ended up just playing the game to a walkthrough but still enjoyed it.
I did the same thing with Sam & Max Hit the Road back in the day, I found it to be a really funny game, but I just couldn't figure out the games logic. I've always been good with Monkey Island logic though. It just doesn't gel right.

Part 2 of Tales of Monkey Island is pretty rubbish, not very funny (after the introduction, anyway), all of the characters they add aren't funny, just boring people with silly voices and theres no real series of events, you just have to do 3 or 4 things and they're all laid out to you before you start. Episode 4 is the best one though!
